Use Notepad to edit the "config.ini" file in folder
C:\Documents and Settings\MyName\My Documents\US2\
You should make a backup copy first!

Add the following text to the very end of file:

bindc +DIK_GRAVE [console_showhide]

Apply the changes, then start the game, hit ~ to bring
down the console and enter the following codes:
